Mandatory OTP at login

Control whether you want to mandatorily verify phone numbers of users at login or not.

By enabling this feature all repeat and guest users would have to verify their phone number using OTP.

If the feature is disabled only the repeat users are asked for OTP verification and guest users wouldn't have to verify.
