We split discounts into 3 tabs: All discounts, Brand offers (available now) and Unavailable (ones they don't qualify for yet).
Why it matters: 
Shoppers see exactly which coupons work for their order vs which ones don't. 
Plus, unavailable offers quietly nudge higher cart values ('Add ₹500 more to unlock').
